Who I Want To Be

I can remember from when I was young,

A question we were always asked about or heard it on any show for kids as to us it was sung,

Who are you and who do you want to be,

For many years that question would always allude me,

But now I know and it has become clear,

I want to be a person with a good heart who can make decisions that are good and will be ones I will want everyone to know and hear,

I want to have many friends who I can always confide in and our good times will never end,

I will marry the man I love some day,

And each night I pray,

I will be a good mother and wife who is loving kind and sincere,

I want a job where my kids know I will teach them and always be there and it will be a job where I can be myself and always be sincere,

If I can do those things I know I will be,

Always proud of myself and my family will be proud of me!
